Card content is edited from Basecamp. Roadmap configuration such as name, description, visible columns, password, and domain are edited from Can Do.
From Can Do:
- Go to the CMS tab, organized by color: Blog in yellow, Knowledge base in blue, Roadmap in orange.
- Click on the roadmap you want to edit.
- There you can edit:
- Icon & Name
- Description
- In Preview URL you can click Open to view your roadmap, or Re-sync to force a complete rebuild
- In Columns, check or uncheck which ones you want to be publicly visible, and drag them to reorder them. Changes are saved automatically.

Using a Custom Domain in Your Roadmap
From Basecamp (this is where you edit the content itself):
Go to the card table of your project where you created it, edit the card you want, and save. Changes are reflected only in your public roadmap, though not always instantly. Remember to wait a few minutes to verify the update.
Note: check that your roadmap says Live next to "Details". If it says Unpublished, click Publish.
