    How to Edit a Blog

The content of your posts (which are completely text) is edited from Basecamp. The Blog configuration such as name, description, password, and domain is edited from Can Do. These are two different places, each for a different purpose.

    From Can Do:

    • Go to the CMS tab. There you will see everything you have published. Click on the blog you want to edit.
    • There you will see everything you have published, organized by color: Blog in yellow, Knowledge base in blue, Roadmap in orange.
    • Click on the blog you want to edit, it takes you directly to its configuration page.
    • There you can edit:
      • Icon & Name
      • Author
      • Description
    • In Preview URL you can open your Blog or copy the link with one click.
    • If you don't have posts yet, you will see a Manage them button that takes you directly to your Blog's Message Board.

From Basecamp (here you edit the content itself):

    • Enter the project where Message Board is located.
    • Open the Message Board you chose for your Blog.
    • Click on Edit and change what you need, the title or the content of the message.
    • Save the changes.

The changes are reflected automatically in your public Blog, although not always instantly. If you added or changed images, Can Do needs a moment to process them before they appear updated.

Note: check in Can Do that your blog says Live next to "Details". If it says Unpublished, click on Publish to make it visible again.
