A blog sometimes simply stops making sense: maybe it no longer reflects your product, your tone changed, or you prefer to start fresh with a new one. Other times it was just a test, or the project behind it is no longer active. Whatever the reason, if you really want to delete it, you can delete an entire blog from Can Do.
To delete your blog, scroll to the bottom and click Delete. Can Do will ask you for confirmation before proceeding with the deletion.
Keep in mind that:
- This cannot be undone.
- Deleting a blog erases it completely, along with all its posts, and the public URL stops working immediately—anyone who visits it will be redirected to Can Do's home page.
- There is no trash or way to recover it, so make sure it's really the one you want to delete.
- Deleting your blog doesn't affect anything in Basecamp—your messages and Message Board remain intact. Only the action you created in Can Do disappears.
