Unlike Blog, Knowledge Base, and Roadmap which publish content that already exists in Basecamp, Forms works the opposite way: you create a public form, anyone can fill it out without needing a Basecamp account, and each response automatically becomes something new inside Basecamp, whether a to-do, a card, a message, or a calendar event, depending on how you configure it.
What you can do with Forms
Any set of questions, short text, long text, email, number, date, single choice, or multiple choice options.
Where responses go
You choose a destination when setting it up: a to-do list, a card table, a message board, or a calendar. Each response becomes a new item there.
Who can respond
Anyone with the link, without needing a Basecamp account, and you can protect it with a password if you want.
