By default, Can Do automatically builds the content of each response: one line per question, with the question in bold followed by the answer.
If you want to add something different, you can rewrite it yourself in the "Entry body" section. In Can Do you write the text you want and insert each answer where you need it, like a piece you drag into your text.
If you don't touch this section, Can Do keeps generating the content automatically as you add or remove questions, but as soon as you customize it once, it stays the way you left it.
You can also control the title of each entry created in Basecamp, in "Title of each entry". By default, Can Do uses the first text, email, or date response it finds, but you can mark a specific question to always be the title.
