An alias is a keyword that you assign to a result to find it faster. For example, give a long project the alias web and it will appear first when you just type web.
Setting an alias
- Search for the result in the Launcher and keep it selected.
- Open its actions with ⌘K.
- Choose the alias option and type your keyword.
Note: aliases are yours and live on your Mac; they don't change the real name of anything in Basecamp.
