If Companion was working and your Basecamp projects suddenly stopped appearing (but you still see apps, commands, and other tools), your session most likely needs to be refreshed.
What to do
- Open Settings → Account.
- Use Switch Account (or Sign Out and log back in).
- When you reconnect, your projects will reappear.
