Can Do tools add bulk actions that Basecamp doesn't have on its own—the same tasks you already do, just without doing them one by one.

Archive
- Messages: Archive messages from a Basecamp Message Board in bulk, instead of one by one. Useful for projects with heavy communication activity where some communications no longer need to be there.
- Projects: Archive complete Basecamp projects. Ideal for teams managing many simultaneous projects and needing periodic cleanup. This action requires that you be an admin or owner in Basecamp to perform it.
- Cards: Archive cards from a Card Table in bulk. Perfect for cleaning up entire columns or removing completed work from view without losing history.
- To-dos: Archive all completed tasks from a to-do list. Keeps your lists clean and shows only what's left to do.
Create
- Broadcast: Take an existing message from a project and share it simultaneously across multiple projects. Ideal for announcements or updates that the whole team needs to see.
- Mass To-dos: Paste or write a list of tasks and create them all at once in the to-do list you choose, without having to wait for them to be added one by one.
- Mass Cards: The same idea as Mass To-dos, but for Card Tables. Perfect for quickly adding cards to new projects.
- Markers (Line Up): Add multiple markers to your Basecamp Lineup in a single action, instead of creating them one by one. This action requires that you be an admin or owner in Basecamp to perform it.
Transfer
- Transfer Cards: Move a set of cards from one column to another, within the same Card Table or to a different one, in a single action. Practical for advancing work in bulk—for example, moving everything from "In Progress" to "Done" in minutes.
Connect
- Zoom Chatbot: Create Zoom meetings in seconds, directly from a Basecamp ping or group chat.
