Creating an account starts exactly the same as logging in, the difference appears after you enter your code, since Can Do needs some additional information the first time.
- Go to getcando.com and click Sign up with Basecamp.
- Enter your email address and click Send, then check your email for your 6-digit code and enter it.
- Since it's your first time, Can Do will ask for your first and last name.
- Next, connect your Basecamp account, this is a separate step where you authorize Can Do to access your Basecamp data.
- Once connected, choose which Basecamp account you want to start working with, if you belong to more than one. Similarly, all the accounts you're part of will appear.
Keep in mind:
- Until you connect Basecamp, your account exists in Can Do but doesn't yet have projects or data.
- You only go through this process once, after you set it up, logging in again is simply email + code.
